Girls Incorporated
Girls Incorporated is a national nonprofit youth organization dedicated to inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. For over 55 years, Girls Inc has provided vital educational programs to millions of American girls, particularly those in high-risk, underserved areas.

On-site Conferences:
Organize a list of speakers in your hometown who are technologists, innovators, and scientists. Have a once a month/every other month on-site conference for students so they can listen and interact with role-models.
Technology Fairs:
Once a year at your school have video game contests, computer and electronics demonstrations, etc. Have a Gadget room with electronic toys and display children's inventions and game designs. If your city has a Science Center, ask them for ideas or even space.
Some National programs:
Get involved in Take Your Daughter to Work Day. Let your parents know about it if they don't already and encourage your friends to take part."
